What’s important to you in your coaching?

What matters most to me is that coaching leads to meaningful progress. It is important that people feel they have a space to think clearly and feel supported, but equally that each session results in something practical. Whether it is a shift in perspective, greater confidence, or a clear action to test, I want people to leave with momentum.

What’s distinctive about your approach to coaching?

My approach is shaped by having led and governed organisations through growth, transformation and turnaround, often in complex and high-pressure environments. I bring that real-world context into coaching, alongside a pragmatic focus on what will actually move the needle. I am also comfortable leaning into the more difficult conversations, providing clear, considered feedback where it is needed, always with care and with the intent of helping someone make progress.

What lights you up about coaching?

What I find most rewarding is seeing people navigate challenging situations with greater clarity and confidence. Those moments where something clicks, where a leader reframes a problem or sees a path forward they had not considered, are incredibly powerful. Supporting that shift, and seeing the impact it has more broadly, is what makes coaching meaningful for me.
