CASE STUDY: POWERING AN EXECUTIVE TEAM ON ITS STRATEGIC TRACKS
ALTRAC Light Rail is responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of both the CBD and South East Light Rail, as well as the Inner West Light Rail in Sydney. These high-profile, multi-billion-dollar projects involved a complex network of stakeholders, including the NSW Government, the City of Sydney, regulators, the media, delivery partners, shareholders and the wider community.
